This chinese dish is very easy to cook.
Ingredients:
Squid 2
Minced meat 100 gram
Shredded ginger 2 tablespoon
Marinade:
Salt 1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 tablespoon
Potato starch 1 tablespoon
Seasonings:
Wine 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 tablespoon
Method:
1. Add Marinade to minced meat, set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Remove internal organs of the squids, rinse and pat the squids dry.
3. Stuff minced meat in the squids. Add seasonings and shredded ginger.
4. Bring water in the steamer to a boil. Steam the squids over high heat for 10 minutes.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
It is important to pat the squids dry before steaming as too much liquid will affect the texture and taste of this chinese dish.
