This chinese dish is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
Sea cucumber 3
Minced meat 200 gram
Broccoli 1 small stalk
Ginger 2 slices
Potato starch 2 tablespoon
Stock 500 mililitre
Marinade:
Salt 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 tablespoon
Seasonings:
Salt 1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon
Method:
1. Soak and rinse sea cucumber. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add sea cucumber and ginger slices. Turn down the heat and cook further over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove and rinse under cold water.
2. Bring stock to a boil, season with dash of salt and hua diao wine. Add sea cucumber and braise over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove and rub potato starch in the cavities.
3. Add Marinade to minced meat, set aside for 10 minutes.
4. Stuff minced meat into the sea cucumber, place on a steaming plate.
5. Bring water in the steamer to a boil. Steam stuffed sea cucumber over high heat for 15 minutes. Cut broccoli into small stalk, blanch and put on a plate.
6. Put steamed sea cucumber together with broccoli. Bring stock to a boil, thicken with potato starch mixture, add sesame oil and pour over the stuffed sea cucumber.

Cooking time : 15 minutes
To remove fishy odour of sea cucumber, it need to be soaked and rinsed repeatedly before cooking in water with ginger.
