Ingredients:
Chinese mustard (Gai Choy) 1
Pork rib 200 gram
Red date 6
Dried oyster 4
Dried scallop 8
Seasonings:
Salt 1 tablespoon
Method:
1. Cook pork ribs in boiling water for 2 minutes. This is to avoid blood water in the soup.
2. Rinse Chinese mustard (Gai Choy) and cut into slices.
