Today I am going to share with you a chinese soup recipe.
Ingredients:
Lotus root 300 gram
Pork rib 200 gram
Dried scallop 50 gram
Dried oyster 4
Seasonings:
Salt 1/2 tablespoon
Method:
1. Peel lotus root and cut into slices.
2. Rinse pork ribs. Blanch pork ribs in boiling water for 3 minutes. This is to ensure that the soup is clear.
3. Bring water in the pot to a boil. Put in lotus roots and pork ribs.
4. Rinse dried scallops and dried oysters. Put in the pot.
5. Cook over low heat for one and half hour.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time : 1 hour 30 minutes
It is very easy to prepare the ingredients of chinese soup, however, it needs longer time to cook the soup.
