Steamed eggs with seafood recipe

Another egg dish recipe for you.

Ingredients:
Egg                                      2
Egg white                             3
Shrimp                                 6
Scallops                               6
Dried chinese mushroom    2
Pea                                      1 tablespoon
Stock                                   100 mililitre

Seasonings:
Oyster sauce  1/2 tablespoon
Salt                 1/2 tablespoon
Wine               1 tablespoon
Pepper           1/2 tablespoon

Method:
1. Beat whole eggs and egg whites wit a dash of salt, add double amount of water and mix well.

2. Add double amount of water in egg mixture.

3. Shell the shrimps.

4. Soak dried chinese mushrooms in water until soft. Remove the stems and cut into slices.

5. Rinse scallops.

 

6. Add mushrooms, shrimps, scallops to the egg mixture.

7. Put aluminium foil to cover the egg mixture. Bring water in the steamer to a boil. Steam for 20 minutes to serve.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes

Remember to use aluminium foil to cover the egg mixture when u steam egg, otherwise your steamed egg won’t be smooth. The holes are caused by dripping of steaming water.
