This is another easy-to-cook chinese recipe I am going to share with you.
Ingredients:
Lotus roots 400 gram
Minced meat 100 gram
Minced shrimp 100 gram
Potato starch 1 tablespoon
Seasonings:
Egg white 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon
Potato starch 1 tablespoon
Method:
1. Peel lotus roots and cut into slices.
2. Dust potato starch on the lotus root slices.
3. Mix minced meat and minced shrimp with seasonings. Stir well in one direction until sticky.
4. Use tablespoon to place meat and shrimp mixture on the centre of the lotus root slices. Smooth the surface using the tablespoon.
5. Bring water in the steamer to a boil. Steam lotus roots over high heat for 10 minutes.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes
