Today I feel like eating chicken, so I cook this ginger chicken for my family.
Ginger strips 2 tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Wine 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce 3 tablespoon
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
1. Wash chicken and cut into small pieces, blanch them.
2. Cut ginger into strips and fry them in 2 tablespoon of oil until fragrant.
3. Add chicken and Seasonings, stir fry well.
4. Stir fry chicken until almost well-done, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes to serve.
This chinese dish is so fragrant when it is cooked. Cook this when you have craving for strong flavour dishes.
