Steamed fish rolls with asparagus recipe

Try this easy chinese recipe if you like to eat fish.

Ingredients:
Fish fillet      300 gram
Asparagus   12
Carrot          1/2

Marinade:
Salt                    1/2 tablespoon
Egg white          1
Pepper              1/2 tablespoon
Wine                 1 tablespoon
Potato starch    1 tablespoon

Seasonings:
Stock                                 100 mililitre
Salt                                    1/4 tablespoon
Sesame oil                        1/2 tablespoon
Potato starch mixture        A little

Method:
1. Cut fish fillet into slices.

2. Add marinades on the fish and set aside for 10 minutes.

3. Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 1 minute ad rinse under cold water. Cut the tips of the asparagus into sticks that are 2cm longer than the fish slices.


4. Cut carrot into thin shreds.

5. Place an asparagus on a slice of fish and roll up. Secure with carrot. Place on a greased plate with the seam side down. Bring water in the steamer to a boil. Steam asparagus fish rolls over high heat for 5 minutes. Bring seasonings to a boil, drizzle sauce over the fish rolls to serve.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Marinade time    : 10 minutes
Cooking time      : 5 minutes

You can replace carrot with black moss for this chinese dish.
