Meat balls with sweet corns chinese recipe

Your kids will like this chinese dish and it is very easy to cook!

Minced meat    500 gram
Corn beads      1 cup
Stock                1/2 cup

Seasonings A:
Salt               1/2 tablespoon
Pepper         1/2 tablespoon
Cornstarch   1 tablespoon

Seasonings B:
Soy sauce     1 tablespoon
Salt                1/2 tablespoon
Sugar            1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil   1/2 tablespoon
Cornstarch   1 tablespoon

1. Mix minced meat with Seasonings A, beat it until it become sticky.

2. Wash corn beads and place on a plate.

3. Make the minced meat into balls and put on corn beads.

4. Steam meat balls and corn beads for 10 minutes. Boil stock and Seasonings B.

5. Pour the sauce on the meat balls and corn beads to serve.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time      : 15 minutes
