Cod fish and tofu chinese recipe

Here is a healthy chinese recipe for you.

Ingredients:
Cod fish       1 slice
Silken tofu   1 box
Ginger         2 slices
Onion          1/4
Celery         1 stalk

Seasonings:
Soy sauce     2 tablespoon
Sugar            1 tablespoon
Sesame oil    1 tablespoon
Pepper          1 tablespoon
Vinegar         1 tablespoon
Wine             2 tablespoon

Method:
1. Wash cod fish and add wine and salt.

2. Wash tofu and cut into cubes.

3. Put sliced ginger on top of cod fish and steam for 10 minutes. Cut cod fish into cubes with chopsticks. Wash celery and chop it.

4. Fry chopped celery and add Seasonings, pour onto tofu and cod fish to serve.

 

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time      : 20 minutes
