Water cress chinese soup recipe

Another chinese soup recipe for you.

Water cress     200 gram
Pork rib           200 gram
Red date         50 gram
Dried scallop   50 gram
Dried oyster     4

Salt   1/2 tablespoon

1. Rinse water cress and cut into sections.

2. Blanch pork ribs in boiling water for 3 minutes.

3. Rinse red dates, dried scallops and dried oysters. Bring water in the pot to a boil. Put all the ingredients and seasonings in the pot.

4. Cook over low heat for one and half hour.

Preparation time: 8 minutes
Cooking time      : 1 hour 30 minutes
