Mince fatty pork    30 gram

Ginger                   2 slices

Pepper              1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil        1/4 tablespoon
Ginger water      6 tablespoon

2. Soak mandarin peel until soft, chop finely.

3. Chop the minced beef and fatty pork again with the back of a knife. Place in a big bowl, add salt and ginger water, stir well in one direction until sticky. Add the rest of the Marinade, lift the mince and slap it down on the bowl a few times. Lastly, add the chopped mandarin peel.

4. Take 1 tablespoon of meat mixture to make into a patty, flatten the patty. Continue until all the meat is used up.

5. Bring water in the steamer to a boil. Steam beef patty over high heat for 10 minutes.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time      : 10 minutes

Remember to add some pork to make this chinese dish as beef has lower fats content than pork, adding minced pork so that the patties will not turn out too dry. To make the beef taste better, it is advised to add ginger water to the mixture as it can reduce the unpleasant raw meat flavour.
