Tofu and seafood soup recipe

Today I am going to share an easy Chinese soup recipe with you.  This is very easy to prepare and it is a very healthy dish.

Ingredients:
Silken tofu        1 box (300 gram)
Squid                1
Prawn               150 gram
Minced meat     150 gram
Tomato              1

Seasonings:
Light soy sauce     1 tablespoon
Sesame oil            1 tablespoon
Potato starch         1 tablespoon
Salt                        A little
Pepper                   A little

Method:
1. Cut tofu into small cubes.

2. Rinse prawns.

3. Rinse squid and cut into small pieces.

4. Mix minced meat with seasonings and mix well.

5. Mould mince meat into small meat balls.

6. Cut tomato into small pieces.

7. Bring water to a boil and add tofu and meat balls.

8. Once the meat balls float on the surface of the soup, add prawns and squid. Add one tablespoon of salt.Add tomatoes and turn off the gas. Add a little pepper before serving.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time      : 5 minutes
