Salt 1 tablespoon
1. Cook pork ribs in boiling water for 2 minutes. This is to avoid blood water in the soup.
2. Rinse Chinese mustard (Gai Choy) and cut into slices.3. Rinse red dates, dried oysters and dried scallops.4. Put all ingredients in a pot of water and cook for at least one hour.
