Bitter gourd soup recipe

This is the chinese soup to cook when the weather is hot.

Ingredients:
Bitter gourd      1
Pork ribs          200 gram
Dried oyster     4
Dried scallop    6
Red date          6

 

Seasonings:
Salt    1 tablespoon

Method:
1. Rinse bitter gourd and cut into slices.

2. Rinse pork ribs and cook in boiling water for 2 minutes.

3. Rinse dried oysters, dried scallops and red dates.

4. Put all ingredients in a pot of boiling water.

5. Cook for one and half hour. Add seasonings to serve.

Cooking time      : 1 hour 30 minutes
