Tofu with mixed vegetables recipe

This Chinese dish is healthy and easy to cook, best for working mums!

Pressed tofu                    1 box (300 gram)
Carrot                              1
Snow peas                      50 gram
Chinese garlic sprout      50 gram
Asparagus                       3
Minced garlic                   1 tablespoon

Salt                              1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil                  1 tablespoon
Potato starch water     1 tablespoon of potato starch + 2 tablespoon of water

1. Cut pressed tofu into small pieces.

2. Soak mushrooms.

3. Remove stems and cut into small pieces.

4. Cut carrot into slices.

5. Cut asparagus into slices.

6. Cut Chinese garlic sprout into sections.

7. Trim snow peas. Pinch off a little from both ends.

8. Pan fry pressed tofu till golden brown. Remove and drain oil.

9. Fry minced garlic till fragrant, add mixed vegetables to fry, mix well with seasonings.

10. Add snow peas to fry well then add tofu. Thicken with potato starch water.
