Steamed prawn rolls with ham and mushroom recipe

This steamed chinese recipe is very easy to follow.

Prawn                                      8
Ham                                         1
Dried chinese mushroom        3
Radish                                     1

Salt      1/4 tablespoon
Wine    2 tablespoon

Oyster sauce       1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce   1 tablespoon
Sugar                  1 tablespoon
Water                  2 tablespoon

1. Peel prawns, cut the feelers and leave the head and tail intact. Remove the veins, cut a slit at the back and lay it open.

2. Add Marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.

3. Grate radish into long shreds.

4. Cut ham into strips.

5. Soak dried chinese mushrooms until soft. Remove the stems and cut into shreds.

6. Take some radish shreds and lay them flat. Place a prawn on top, add ham and mushroom. Secure with radish, place prawn rolls on a plate seam side down. Drizzle over wine.

7. Bring water in the steamer to a boil. Steam prawn rolls over high heat for 5 minutes. Bring seasonings to a boil and drizzle the sauce over prawn rolls to serve.

Try to grate radish into longer shreds so that it will be easier to secure the prawn, ham strips and mushroom shreds.
