Pig’s trotter chinese soup recipe

This chinese soup is high in protein, it is good for people who just gave birth or after operation or surgery.

Pig’s trotter    1
Peanut           100 gram

Salt             1/2 tablespoon
Rice wine    2 tablespoon

1. Clean pig’s trotter and chop into pieces. Blanch them to remove smell.

2. Soak peanuts in salt water for 1 hour.

3. Boil pig’s trotter and peanuts in a pot of water, cook in medium heat for 1 hour.

4. Add salt and rice wine to serve.

Preparation time: 1 hour
Cooking time      :  1 hour
