Tofu with mushrooms recipe

If you like eat different types of mushrooms, try this tofu with stir fried mushrooms recipe!

Egg tofu                           2 rolls
Mushrooms                      3
Oyster mushrooms          200 gram
King oyster mushroom    1
Baby bok choy                7 stalks
Dried shrimps                 50 gram
Minced garlic                  1 tablespoon
Starch water                   1 tablespoon of potato starch and 1 tablespoon of water

Light soy sauce     1/2 tablespoon
Oyster sauce         1 tablespoon
Stock                     250 mililitre

1. Cut each roll of tofu into small pieces.

2. Blanch baby bok choy with boiling water. Place baby bok choy on a plate.

3. Soak mushrooms till softened.

4. Remove stem of mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

5. Wash dried shrimps.

6. Cut oyster mushrooms into small pieces.

7. Cut king oyster mushrooms into small pieces.

8. Pan fry tofu till golden brown. Put them on top of baby bok choy.

9. Use 2 tablespoons of oil to fry minced garlic till fragrant. Add dried shrimps and mixed mushrooms to stir fry. Add seasonings and starch water.

10. Pour mixed mushrooms and gravy over the tofu and baby bok choy.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time      : 10 minutes
