Stuffed mushrooms recipe and stuffed tofu puffs recipe

This chinese recipe is a very easy recipe, you will be able to get this chinese dish done within 15 minutes!

Ingredients:
Tofu (tau kwa)                 150 gram
Minced chicken meat     100 gram
Prawn                             60 gram
Mushrooms                     8
Tofu puffs                        8
Stock                              150 mililitre
Potato starch water        1 tablespoon of potato starch and 1 tablespoon of water

Seasonings:
Sesame oil         1 tablespoon
Salt                    1 tablespoon
Pepper              1 tablespoon
Egg                   1
Potato starch    2 tablespoon
Corn flour         1 tablespoon

Method:
1. Soak mushrooms in  water. Remove stems.

2. Mash tofu (tau kwa). It is easier to mash tofu (tau kwa) with hands!

3. Chop chicken meat and prawns.

4. Mix chicken meat and prawn with mashed tofu (tau kwa) and seasonings.

5. Fill mushrooms with mashed tofu (tau kwa) mixture.

6. Fill tofu puffs with mashed tofu (tau kwa) mixture.

7. Steam mushrooms over medium heat for 5 minutes.

8. Steam tofu puffs over medium heat for 5 minutes.

9. Boil stock and oyster sauce, add potato starch water and sesame oil. Pour gravy on the stuffed mushrooms and stuffed tofu puffs.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time      : 5 minutes
